When I try to transfer my account, I get a message that says, "Please choose another email." What does that mean?

This message appears when there is a conflict with the email address you are trying to use. It usually means:

  1. Your Triumph: Dawn of Power account with the Facebook login option is not linked to an email address, and you need one to complete the transfer. You must provide a unique email not linked to another Total Battle or Triumph: Dawn of Power account.

  2. You’re trying to use an email already associated with another Triumph: Dawn of Power or Total Battle account. You must assign a different email address to your Triumph: Dawn of Power account during the transfer process.
