Can I get a refund for items purchased in Triumph: Dawn of Power before the transfer, or get them restored?

No. All purchases made in Triumph: Dawn of Power are governed by the Triumph: Dawn of Power Terms of Service and any requests for refunds or restoration of items are subject to those Terms.

Once your account is transferred, all purchases made prior to the transfer are considered final and cannot be refunded or restored.
