Sands of Destiny

The Sands of Destiny is a limited-time board game event. You collect dice, roll them to move around a 26-tile board, and earn rewards based on where you land.
There are two types of dice:
Azada's Dice — your standard die. Each roll lands on a random value from 1 to 6, with equal odds for every number.
Ruler's Dice — a rare, premium die. Instead of rolling randomly, you choose the value (1–6), letting you pick exactly which tile you land on. Save these for when you want to hit a specific reward.
How to get dice: You can earn dice from daily goals, daily missions, Battle Pass rewards, or the sales chain.
How to progress
Every roll moves you forward, and daily activity will keep the rewards flowing:
Daily goals — Every die you roll counts toward your daily targets. Hit a target, and claim the reward. Goals reset each day.
Battle Pass — Complete daily missions and collect Azada's Lamps to level up the Battle Pass and unlock rewards as you go. The optional premium reward tracks add even more rewards at each level.
Leveling up tiles — Reward Tiles start small and grow. They'll gain points when you land on them, pass the Starting Tile, or get certain results from Mystery Tiles, and those points will help the tile to level up. Higher levels pay out bigger rewards.
What's on the board
Each tile does something different when you land on it:
Starting Tile — Passing it or landing on it grants bonus rewards and boosts your Reward Tiles. Landing on it also gives you a bunch of Crystals of Desire.
Reward Tiles — These give you a set resource (like Gold, Silver, Speedups, or Dragon Orbs). The higher the tile's level, the bigger the payout.
Treasure Tiles — These grant Crystals of Desire.
Mega Treasure Tiles — These will yield lots of Crystals of Desire or other valuable rewards.
Mystery Tiles — These tiles will give you a random surprise: bonus Crystals, a free Ruler's Die, tile boosts, or sometimes a step backward.
Movement Tiles — These tiles nudge you forward or back a few tiles at random.
What rewards can you win?
You can win fragments of the new Monument — Azada's Monument, which increases the number of Experience and Valor points you earn when killing monsters.
Apart from the Monument, a wide array of rewards are available, including:
Crystals of Desire to spend in the event shop — the Treasury
Gold, Silver, and Speedups
Dragon Orbs
Ruler's Dice
The event shop
Spend the Crystals you collect on items in the event shop. Each item has a purchase limit per event, and any Crystals you don't use are kept on your account — they aren't lost when the event ends (though the shop itself closes with the event).
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I obtain Ruler's Dice?
A: You can get them from daily goal rewards or from Battle Pass rewards.
Q: What are Research Points, and how do I upgrade a Reward Tile?
A: Research Points are required in order to upgrade a Reward Tile. Every time you land on a Reward Tile, it receives RP. When you pass the Starting Tile, two random Reward Tiles receive RP. The number of RP needed for the upgrade depends on the tile's level.
Q: What is Azada's Monument, and how can I obtain it?
A: Azada's Monument is a new Monument that will grant you a bonus to Experience and Valor points earned from fighting monsters. You can acquire fragments for building this Monument from your daily goals and the event shop (the Treasury).
Q: What will happen to my Crystals of Desire once the tournament ends?
A: Unused Crystals of Desire will be saved until the next tournament iteration.
Q: How often does the Treasury inside the tournament update?
A: The Treasury only updates at the start of the tournament. All purchase limits remain in effect until the end of the event.
Q: When are the titles from the Treasury activated, and how long do they last?
A: Titles are activated the moment you acquire them, and they last 30 days.
Q: Do I have to choose only one title, or can I have both of them at the same time?
A: You can have both of them at the same time; their effects will stack.
Q: Can I get an offer in the sales chain only once during the event?
A: The sales chain is updated every 24 hours, so the offers are available again after the refresh.
Q: Can I get an offer in the sales chain if I don't have the event Battle Pass?
A: Yes, all the offers in the sales chain are available regardless of whether or not you have purchased the Battle Pass.
Q: Do I have to buy an offer with a lower price to unlock a more expensive one?
A: No, you can purchase any available offer in your sales chain.
Q: Are the dice rolls actually random?
A: Yes. Every roll of an Azada's Die has an equal 1-in-6 chance of landing on each value from 1 to 6. Ruler's Dice are the exception — when rolling those, you get to choose the tile you land on yourself.
Q: What's the difference between Azada's Dice and Ruler's Dice, and when should I use them?
A: Azada's Dice move you a random number of tiles. Ruler's Dice let you pick the tile, so you can land exactly where you want. Save your Ruler's Dice for moments when a specific tile — like a high-level Reward Tile or a Treasure Tile — is within reach.
Q: I have leftover dice — what happens to them when the event ends?
A: Unused dice are removed at the end of the event, so roll them all before the timer runs out.
Q: I landed on a tile I didn't want/didn't get the reward I was hoping for. Can I get compensation?
A: Rewards depend on where you land, and rolls are random, so a specific result isn't something we can change or refund. If you run into an actual bug — like a reward that never arrived or an error message — contact support, and we'll look into it.
Q: My daily progress disappeared. Is that a bug?
A: No — daily goals refresh every day. Any rewards you've earned need to be claimed before the daily reset; otherwise, your progress resets and you start the next day from scratch.
Q: How do I know what rewards I can get from a tile?
A: You can view the list of possible rewards by clicking on a tile or in the rules of the event.
Q: How do I choose the tile I'll land on when using a Ruler’s Die?
A: When using a Ruler's Die, you select the available tile you want to move to and press Go.
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the event?
A: You need to have a Hero of level 10 or higher in order to participate.
Q: I don't see this event on my tournaments list; why is that?
A: This event is currently in its testing phase and is not available to all players.
