Report Illegal Content (EU-Only)

Service Recipient Report Form

Welcome to our single point of contact, created to comply with Article 12 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). This channel allows our EU players and recipients of our services to report illegal content and related breaches of the Total Battle Terms of Service by filling out our Illegal Content Report Form. The Illegal Content Report Form is available only to EU players and may be submitted in Greek or English.

Please note that this communication channel cannot be used for any other purposes. If you wish to report illegal content present on third-party platforms hosting Total Battle, please do so by providing a direct report to the said hosting platforms. If you need assistance with issues outside the scope of the DSA, please consider reporting such issues to Player Support using the in-game Support widget.

The report form will be submitted in our internal systems bearing a unique number ID, and you will receive an official automated confirmation receipt. To receive a confirmation, you must complete all the requested fields and use a valid email address. If you are a user of our services, please use the email address connected to your Total Battle account.

Provided that your report falls within the scope of the DSA, our team will examine it accordingly, and we will inform you of the final decision we have taken.

If you disagree with our final decision, you have the option to appeal by following the instructions provided under the Appeal section.
