How do I remove a progress from my account?

To remove a progress from your account, follow these instructions:

1. In the top right corner, open the Account menu.

2. In the Progress tab, select the progress you would like to remove, and click the trash can icon.

3. You will have to confirm your decision to remove the progress by clicking the Remove button.

4. After you have confirmed the removal, a waiting period begins (the duration of which depends on your Capitol level and other parameters).

5. When the progress instance is ready for removal, you will see a trash can icon with a check mark on it. Click on the progress to confirm the removal or to restore the progress.

6. After you press Remove, the progress will be removed from your account.

You can cancel the removal process at any time during steps 3–5.

Can I remove a seasonal progress?

Yes, you can do so as soon as the seasonal progress becomes post-seasonal, i.e., when the current Seasonal Kingdom ends.

When the Seasonal Kingdom is active, it is not possible to remove progress instances created in the current event.

Can I retrieve a progress that has already been removed from my account?

No, if a progress has already been removed, it cannot be retrieved.
