How do I fix performance or connection issues with the desktop client?
Check the system requirements for our game
First of all, please make sure that your device meets the system requirements for the game client:
Operating system: Windows 10 or later CPU: x86-64 architecture with SSE2 instruction set support Graphics: DX10, DX11, DX12 capable
If your PC does not meet these requirements, you will need to upgrade your system in order to be able to play.
Check for updates
Launch the game client and check for any available updates. If there's an update available, it will be automatically downloaded and installed.
Check for conflicting software
Make sure that there are no conflicting programs or software running in the background that may be interfering with the game client. This includes antivirus programs and other security software.
Delete temporary files
Navigate to C:\Users\[your pc username]\AppData\Roaming\Scorewarrior\Bundles, then C:\Users\[your pc username]\AppData\Roaming\Scorewarrior\Cache and delete any temporary files that may be causing issues. Try launching the game again.
Reinstall the game client
If none of the above troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game client. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the desktop client.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Account menu in the top part of the launcher without starting the game.
- Select "Delete game" in the bottom part of this menu and confirm your decision by clicking Delete once again.
- After uninstalling the game client, download and install it once again from the game's official website.
