How come some of my resources vanished?

In general, items stored on your game progress do not vanish for no reason. Some event-specific currencies disappear once the event in which they can be used ends. Other items, such as Silver, Gold, building resources, Blueprints, etc., only vanish if you spend them or, in some specific cases, if they are debited from your game progress by the administration.
